I liqered the rating because the 1st room (on the 2nd floor room 245, pictures are attached) had unsanitary looking stain in the shower coffee machine was dingy looking in both rooms. I went back into the office and the representative gave me ankther room on the 1st floor. It was better then the 1st one. The bed was comfortable, hor water was great. I was in room 136\. Several of the lamps and outlets did not work. Their were cleaners who came daily! Im not complaining about breakfast. Everything was great. Although may have been recently exterminated-saw about 4 roaches.
