Very clean and quiet hotel convenient to XPL Airport. Friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommended for an overnight stay to catch and early morning flight.

This is a water park hotel. Rhe property itself is fairly nice and the staff that attended us was great. We arrived at night and rhe area coming to rhe hotel looks run down.

The hotel itself has had better days. There are no cabinets or shelving for clothing. It’s a decent location for kids. The water park and attractions next door were a plus. No restaurants on site. There are a great many restaurants about 18 minutes away. One stay, music and fiesta until 12:30 am poolside. Made for a tough early morning rise to the airport. I suppose you can roll the dice on this one.

This place is really good, but it is hidden in the woods. The taxi driver mentioned that the area can be dangerous, so just stay alert wherever you go.

RUN!!! Very strong sewer smell in the room, plastic plumbing pipes are visibly molded. Location is off the beaten path and absolutely no security at night. Overall safety was my ultimate concern.

Although it may say that this hotel is close to everything it is actually very far and in a very isolated area that is not only bad because it’s so far but also because of how old and not taken care of the roads are. Also, the hotel has a lot of mold, which captures a very distinct smell and makes it very hard to breathe and causes a lot of headaches. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to somebody that has no experience or is new. Breakfast nor the Jurassic Park is not included and you have to pay everything separately. Book this hotel at your own risk.

The place is in a desert area . It’s not a hotel to stay in for days , it’s come and play time thing . No breakfast , no hot water . The lady at the front said she wasn’t even the receptionist She worked at the park . When we told her there was no hot water and then no water we asked to change rooms . She said she can’t do that Because they only have some many working rooms . We stayed one night . Left the next day after asking time after time for our money back

Very bad experience I booked two rooms for my family and to begin with the address is wrong when I arrived there was no one, they have no staff, the rooms were dirty, they had not been cleaned, there was no water, in addition to being a very Unsafe place because of how remote and lonely it is. When I asked for my refund they didn't give me back the amount I paid, they refunded me less which is very inappropriate.
