“Evidence of great cleaning. Not a whole lot of cookware but enough to get by. Host gave decent information for checking in and checking out but doesn’t respond to questions. Extremely private and gorgeous scenery. WiFi is a bit iffy but it’s not a dead zone. Neither heater is adjustable and one doesn’t work(not much of an issue in the summer). A couple maintenance issues but nothing that really affected the stay. Some board games and books available, and a record player! Couch is cute but...

“Travelling from Houston to Colorado, we ended up arriving around 2am, our hosts were the most responsive and accommodating and allowed us to enter early. The home is exactly what we wanted, great view with a hot tub after a long hike day was heaven. We felt close enough to town but far enough to feel like a fairy tale. Fairplay is great central spot to visit Glenwood, the Rockies and Denver town. I will definitely be coming again. ”
