“El administrador es muy incisivo en sus intrucciones, prácticamente te trata como un. Niño y es muy muy insistente, super desagradables, el desayuno siguen siendo el mismo desde hace más de 10 años… Lamentablente dejé mi kayak afuera del domo, y me robaron un par de remos… la administración ni se hizo responsable y prácticamente culpándome a mí por no dejar los remos adentro del domo, que por los demás es súper acotado en espaci… Creo que los domos que dicen ser para 6, no cumple con la……

“The Great Pyrenees dog, Dalí, greeting me at my car wagging his tail and walked me to the door. The receptionist was efficient, funny and super helpful. The hotel arranged a great horse ride for me and recommended a fantastic hot springs. Aldo they washed and folded a load of laundry for me. The breakfast is huge and very good. The people are warm and laid back. The building and view of the lake are phenomenal. The bathrooms big and modern. The pool is pretty big it was winter so I didn’t swim……

“The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area……

“Muy atentos y amables El único tema que se oye todo de las habitaciones. Con respecto al precio al ser extranjeros sé que no deben cobrar impuestos y que como ley en Chile uno debe mostrar el PDI de ingreso al país para que este impuesto no sea cobrado. ”

“Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above ”

“One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out……
