  • Casa Raffaele is located in the center of Conca dei Marini, in a picturesque, idyllic setting; to reach it, you’ll need to climb about 130 steps. From its terrace, you can admire the magnificent Capo di Conca, the extraordinary Gulf of Salerno, the beautiful islands of Capri and the Galli, and finally the expansive Mediterranean scrub. The terrace overlooking the sea is the ideal place to indulge in long moments of relaxation while enjoying the panoramic view mozzafiato.La s property is strategically located; in fact, you can walk to various local businesses: bars, restaurants, a butcher shop, a tobacco shop, and a convenient grocery store that offers home delivery of groceries upon request. Lido Capo di Conca (private beach) and Marina di Conca are just a 5-minute drive away. There are two bus stops: the first is at Piazza Olmo, just a 5- to 8-minute walk away, while the second, better-served stop is about a 15-minute walk away and is near the Convento Santa Rosa. As for nearby natural attractions, we recommend the Grotta dello Smeraldo, one of the most beautiful sea caves in Italy. A 15-minute drive will take you to the beautiful towns of Amalfi, Furore, and Praiano, and a half-hour drive will bring you to Positano and Ravello. The property does not have parking; for 20 euros per day, guests can receive a card at check-in that allows them to park along the street in the blue-line zones. We recommend renting a small car so you can explore the stunning Amalfi Coast more freely.

Pasquale was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and even helped us move-in. The property was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious for our family of 5 and plenty of hot water! Excellent views in a quiet area of the Amalfi coast. The reserved parking was easy to coordinate and very convenient as well.Overall, would highly recommend if you're looking to get away from the busyness of Positano or Amalfi.

Casa Raffaele is in an amazing location away from the hustle of the towns of Amalfi and Positano. There are several fantastic restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. You do not need a car as there are many options for transportation. (I wouldn’t recommend driving either. ) Pasquale was most welcoming and supplied us with all of the information we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a breath taking view. Be prepared to climb A LOT steps which is very typical for the Amalfi Coast. For instance, you can walk down to the beach in about 20 minutes but it’s 770 steps back up to the apartment. However, I would go back in a heartbeat. There is so much to do! I wish we could have stayed longer. Conca dei Marini is a very special place.

Amazing View and Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home. The view was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the large private terrace. Yes there are two staircases to get up to the house but this is the Amalfi Coast everything is on a hillside. The location is convenient to a grocery store and several great restaurants. The parking lot was very convenient. The house is well equipped and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were sad to leave.

Beautiful views

Beautiful property - excellent views of the sea. The property has all one needs to enjoy their stay at the Amalfi Coast. The property is bit further away from Positano and Amalfi than we thought - and bus access can be limited on wknds - but it’s a lovely place with ACs in the bedrooms. The WiFi was limited, but we worked around that issue. The market and the restaurant near the property were excellent!

Great Unit!

This unit was perfect for our group of 6 ladies! There was a bed for everyone and the two bathrooms were very welcome ;) Great view from the amazing balcony. Beware, there are a lot of steps to get the amazing view, but Pasquale is wonderful and so great to help carry the luggage! I would absolutely stay here again.

The views are spectacular and the apartment is clean and comfortable and includes everything you will need for your stay. Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay in this home in Conca Dei Marini. The host Pasquale was very pleasant to deal with and responsive with any questions we had. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent with some great restaurants close by. We would highly recommend staying here... the views are spectacular as well. The welcome bottle of Prosseco was very much appreciated. Most relaxing and beautiful stay with a view

After a busy few days in Rome & Florence, my family of 6 had a welcome respite by the sea. We loved this apartment. Pasquale was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Note :: you’ll want to visit the nearby towns and plan to spend on taxis as the sita is unreliable, we visited in March and the bus was full 2 of the 3 times we tried. 50eu to Amalfi (our favorite) and 100Eu to positano. You must plan to shop at Angelos market below for food and produce for your stay. DELIGHTFUL! We enjoyed Ninos and also watching a lively soccer game below. As long as you understand that there’s stairs and plan to taxi, you’ll be in great shape! This time was along of favorites in Italy!

Exactly what we hoped for

Incredibly clean and spacious house with fantastic views of the sea. We had a great time here. It's good value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends and family alike. Pasquale has ensured the house is well-equipped, and takes some time to help you familiarise with the surrounding area (as well as securing your all-important parking permit!). I would say that the description of the beds per room should probably be A) 1x double, B) 2x single, and C) 1x single, but this is hardly a big deal. I would also warn some travellers about the stairs up to the accommodation, but that's true of almost all properties along the coast here.

Magical place

The house is stunning, clean, has everything you need. The view is super magical. The host is superb. But the place has only one shower that can be a consideration for larger families. If you are older and from Florida and not used to stairs, this place is very challenging as there is 120 stairs that you have to take rain or shine and even at night, where part of it is dark and at least 25% of them have no hand rail either. Parking is also down the 120 stairs. So honestly challenging for elderly or people with young children, and also for out of shape people. If these are not issues for you, this place is the best place you can find. Thank you Pasquale 🙏🙏🙏

Beautiful Views

The views from this location are amazing. There is a restaurant directly below the house that has delicious food (we ate there almost every night). There is very quick access to the local bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the house that brings you right downtown Amalfi. There is also a small grocery store right next to the house to fill your fridge. The only things I would mention is if you are not good with stairs I would not recommend this location. The host is amazing and carried our luggage into the house, but there are numerous steps to get to your front door. Once you are in the home the views from the outdoor patio are amazing though. I would stay here again but it is not a place I would stay with my Mother who is in her 70's.

One of our favorite rentals!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way: 1. The entire space is much nicer in person, and the view from the two bedrooms and kitchen is incredible. 2. Pristine in all spaces! Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. 3. Pasquale, the host, has been helpful beyond what’s expected to include assistance with our luggage, directions, dining and attractions recommendations. 4. Location - public transportation and the local shuttle available on the street level, right below the apartament and Pasquale provided detailed schedules for each. There is also a market stocked with all breakfast and lunch essentials, toiletries, and wine. 5. Public parking is near by and we never had issues finding a spot. Pasquale, thank you for your hospitality! We appreciate all your help and absolutely loved our stay at your house!

A Slice of Heaven in Conca Dei Marini

BEAUTIFUL property, even better than what was pictured in the photos. Huge terrace, STUNNING view, comfortable beds, nice living room. It was very roomy (we were a family of 6). Also a very lovely beach, market and cafe near by. Pasquale was very kind and met us at check-in. He gave us lots of information about the area and how to get around. The only downside is there are quite a few steps you have to take to get up to the property from the street. You also have to be mindful of what times the shuttle is available if you go out on day trips to Amalfi/Postiano/etc. It is a very long way up from the main road (where the busses and beach are) back to the property. But, with that being said, the steps were SO worth it. It was a very unique experience coming home to such a peaceful place after spending all day in busy tourist towns. Would definitely stay with Pasquale again!

Love love love this place. Yes there are ALOT of stairs but we loved it anyways!Pasquele was great and helpful with connecting us to tours and rides. The restaurant just down the stairs was our favorite and there is also a market. Plus other options in walking distance. Miss the people we met there. Great community!

What an amazing place!

Stunning views and great location!

We stayed at the property and it was amazing! Great views of Amalfi! Pasquale communicated very well with us and met us when we arrived, helped carry our luggage and welcomed us! Location is great to go to Amalfi, capri and Positano. The restaurant just down from the apartment is also amazing!!!

Wonderful relaxing villa

Even though the villa is a bit farther out from the main city, it’s view of the sea made it worth it. Pasquale was available if we needed any help and even helped us get to the villa on our first day about where to get off the bus. The lemons he gave us were simply delicious as well
