Super clean and very helpful staff. Also, very walkable with several restaurants close by. I only rated it a 4 because it lacked sound proofing. This place was SUPER clean- which I loved. I will probably stay here again. It’s certainly much cleaner than others in the immediate area. .

I check-in to the property and found foul smell on the room , went to the front desk - they said no other rooms are avaiable and they will re-fund the stay cost but its done through expedia. Though Expedia refused to refund the stay. So Comfort-Inn did ack the problem and try to remedy it but Expedia is the middle man here and not refunding my money. Horrible, Irony is I am a Gold member of Expedia.

Asked the hotel to clean the sheets due to a spill. They agreed but just came and made the bed up while "cleaning" the room. The spill was still there when we returned to the room. Towels smelled terrible, I would recommend bringing your own.

I needed a handicap room. The attendant didn’t have any but gave me the best he could which turned out to work great. I have a service dog. The next day a different attendant said I snuck in my dog, it was in a no dog room and so he was charging me an extra $50. I think this charge is not appropriate. I did fell the new attendant felt really good about his power. His body language reflected a major authoritarian behavior.
