“酒店不错，呆了一晚^_^”

“Cool guesthouse kind of property. No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us.”

“The room was disgusting. The bed had the box spring exposed without any cover directly on the floor and it was stained. Room had a sticky brown rug which had stains. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Hairdryer was gross. The furniture was pealing. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.”

By far the most disappointing hotel stay of our Ireland trip. Room was visibly worn and poorly maintained. Multiple visible stains on bedding, bed area and upholstered furniture (see photos). Contrast-enhanced versions of some photos uploaded because several stains were less visible on camera than in person. After we complained,……

“I was surprised at how welcoming the staff were at the hotel. Every spot seemed perfect for resting or taking a break. It felt like home. I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape.”
