Enjoy ocean views from the elevated lookout off the great room and stocked kitchen. Beautiful bedrooms are spread throughout all levels of the house, with multiple master suites available. The lower level boasts a rec room, laundry, and more bedrooms. Relax outside in the private heated pool or hot tub. Plan you vacation now and spend your (Nauti) Dayz at the beach! The Space: Welcome to Nauti Dayz! Your family will love this Whalehead home located only 250 yards from the beach access, meaning sand and surf are just steps away. Nauti Dayz has an open top level with plenty of dining space for your whole group to eat together, or relax in the living room. The chef of the family can whip up some delicious meals in the stocked kitchen and serve it up outdoors or right there at the table. A master king suite rounds out this level. Most of your family will tumble into bed on the mid level, where there are master bedroom suites as well as bunk rooms. There's a hall bath for the rooms that don't have private ensuites, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. Downstairs, plan a foosball tournament or have a movie night. Two more bedrooms (one master), as well as a full bath and laundry room, complete the convenience amenities. Step outside and take a dip in the private pool (Open April 1st - November 1st, pool heat available by advance request for $75/night, $500/week) or enjoy total relaxation in the hot tub. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town. Getting Around: The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels. Other Things to Note: Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
