Needs major updates
The pictures in this listing are very old and need to be updated, the house is decent but it us very apparent that the rental income is not put back into the house. The pool was decent but the water would not stay in it, we literally filled it up everyday. Because the area is wooded it was hard keeping clean, a pool vacuum would have been great. The beach is NOT .5 miles from the property. This property is located shoreside and the beach that is located behind the house is not accessible as they’ve let it the woods grow up terribly you can’t even see a view of the beach from the house. The property was not clean when we arrived, there was trash all around the perimeter of the property and on the wrap around porches. Clothing, toys and other items were left under the beds. Whenever I reported an issue it was counteracted with an action but it was just the inconvenience of having to keep calling and having my family vacation interrupted by cleaners, pest control and pool maintenance
