Our flight got diverted back to Manila due to severe storm and I called the facility to inform them about the situation. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights at $279 per room with a whooping total of $837\. They refunded me $279 for the one room and kept the rest of the money. The cancellation policy did not state strict cancellation regardless of the situation such as death or act of nature. We were devastated that we were not able to travel to Palawan and what the facility did added insult to our injury! Expedia is not helping! Of course they are keeping their share of the profit!!!
