Welcome to Latitude Adjustment! The ultimate coastal retreat in Port Aransas! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and is fully equipped for comfort, fun, and relaxation, including your very own huge private pool with a built-in bar top and in-pool seating!
Spend your days soaking up the sun or sipping cocktails right from the pool. The outdoor bar area is perfect for serving up all your freshly grilled favorites or turning into a laid-back drink station. There's also a shaded gazebo for hanging out and winding down after a day of beach adventures.
The oversized driveway has plenty of parking, enough space for a boat/trailer or up to 8 vehicles,1 making it easy to bring all your toys and crew. And when you're ready to explore, you're just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, and sips.
Whether you're lounging poolside, grilling out, or making memories under the stars, Latitude Adjustment is the place to reset your compass and relax.
We do have the pool serviced twice a week, on Monday and Friday, and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
