Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die tollen Strände des Ortes, u.a. Li Cossi, zu besuchen. Cons: Whirlpool funktionierte nicht einwandfrei (Wasser heizte nicht richtig auf, was im Sommer indes nicht so problematisch ist). Defekte Aussenlampen wurden trotz Meldung nicht repariert. “Der Pool war defekt, dass wurde uns eine Woche vor Anreise bekannt gegeben. Der Pool war aber schon locker nach dem Algenwachstum zu urteilen 6 Monate oder länger kaputt. Alle Pfannen in der Küche sind stark zerkratzt! Alle Messer Stumpf! Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich in einem Keller der extrem muffig riecht und in dem niemand schlafen mochte. So haben wir Klappbetten aufgestellt. Das einzige tolle an dem Haus ist die super Lage und der tolle Ausblick.”

“Wir haben im August/ September drei Wochen in dieser kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Inserat und hat Alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Umgebung bzw Costa Paradiso ist unbeschreiblich schön und als Standort für Ausflüge im Norden Sardiniens auch bestens plaziert. Alle notwendige Infrastruktur ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wie haben den Urlaub total genossen und werden mal wieder kommen.”

“Das Haus ist in Costa Paradiso an einer Top-Lage direkt an der Front. Super Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Terrain des Hauses ist auf verschiedenen Ebenen, sowohl innen wie aussen und ist sehr schön. Draussen hat es verschiedene Plätze zum Verweilen mit allem was benötigt wird. Drinnen ist das Haus auch sehr schön. Die Küche bietet das Nötige und alles hat funktioniert. Die einzigen Abzüge gibt es aufgrund fehlender Putzutensilien, wenn man die Wohnung während einem längeren Aufenthalt gerne selber……

Dem Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Sofa, das auf dem Bild noch zu sehen ist. Die Küchenmöbel sind beschädigt. Küchenausstattung lieblos. Achtung: Klimatisierung gibt es nur einmal im Wohnraum und nicht nochmal extra in den Schlafzimmern. Die Betten sind nur etwa 1,50xm 1,90 m. Insgesamt wäre es ein absolutes Top Objekt, wenn der……
