"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

We give it a 3 star rating because the home wasn't very clean. Also, a reasonable amount of cleaning by the renter was expected, though that wasn't mentioned anywhere online. Beware: no towels and no bed linnen included, we had to buy them for about €80 from the local supermarket.... "

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"This property was perfect for our holiday. It provided peace and quiet and was only approx 1-2 hour drive to main attraction locations, ie St Tropez, Toulon etc. The house has everything you will need; pool, cooking facilities, barbecue etc. The layout of the house is unique; one of the bedrooms is downstairs and is accessed either from outside the property or via the veranda (which can be locked), but it worked well for us."
