"Has bed bugs!!!!!!! I am covered in bed bug bites!!!!!!! I tried to call and calmly explain to you that you do have bed bugs and requested a refund, only to be completely shut down and told me I was wrong! I stayed in room 111 and am so disgusted!!!!!!!"
