"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking).
Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...

"The room was exceptional for the style and comfort. Was well worth the pricetag. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had in years if not ever! The bar area was very classy and the parking is immediately behind the hotel. If I had friends or guests coming to Tavistock, I will be definitely recommending this hotel! Will stay again for sure!"

"The location and the property itself were perfect. The house was so well equipped, the bed really comfortable and the view beautiful! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the door, and especially appreciated the welcome basket - thank you! We enjoyed time relaxing in the house, and the walks from the door and nearby. A brilliant few days away; we really hope to visit again."
"As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Brad who offered to carry my bags and explained a lot of information about the local area, and said if I needed anything to just let him know. The building is easily accessible from the car park with the use of a key card which allows you to come and go at all hours. The room was amazing, clean, very modern and the bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The room has everything you need such as smart tv, fridge and coffee machine. I honestly can’t fault this place, will definitely stay again if I am down this way again "
"Absolutely stunning. Great location, beautiful room, and property as a whole. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tavistock. 11 out of 10"
"As a family of four with 2 teens and a big dog, it's difficult to find somewhere not over priced and a big enough space for us all. We stayed in a very spacious family room. Bathroom had a big drench shower and heated towel rail. Plenty of space for our dog's big bed! Ben and the other staff were very friendly and attentive, also accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was included and fantastic choice. We ate at the pub on the second night and the food really was fantastic and a good varied menu. Thanks for a great stay!"
