It has a surface area of 42 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 16 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). So all you need to do is show up! The accommodation is laid out as follows: \- A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area \- A fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more \- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet Outside: \- An 8 m² covered loggia to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (with a dedicated parking space).
