“What a wonderful place!! The views are AMAZING. We stayed for 4 nights & every morning we woke up to see a herd of 50ish elk on the hillside, then at night you can see the lights of LaGrande spread out below you.We had Thanksgiving at the house & our family was able to spread out and really enjoy each other.The hosts live close by and are very responsive to any inquiries. ”

“Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). It was upsetting but once i contacted them via text, they verified they made an error and sent the new directions. “This is a very comfortable home. The location is fantastic. It is close to the lake, lodge, tram, putt-putt golfing, etc.,yet it is very quiet. The kitchen has lots of dishes, however when we were there, there wasn't any salt or pepper which I would think is pretty basic. Also, there was only 1 paper towel roll available to use, which didn't seem like much.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying in this home again. ”

“This is a great concept, and the Evans Family Farm delivers "glamping" in every way. I've camped rugged, like a sheepherder, many times in my life, and this was indeed the lap of luxury.
