Perfect for couples, families, and pet owners, this idyllic holiday home blends countryside calm with coastal convenience.



Step inside to discover a bright open-plan living space, tastefully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The inviting lounge features a wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring the island. The conservatory provides a peaceful spot to unwind with morning coffee or to admire views of the beautiful garden.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table, ideal for gathering the family for home-cooked meals, celebrations, or games nights.



A separate utility room offers a washer and dryer, adding extra convenience for longer stays and beach days.



Dassia offers three comfortable bedrooms:

There’s also a modern shower room and a handy additional WC, providing comfort and practicality for families and groups.

Nestled in the peaceful rural hamlet of Porchfield, between Cowes and Newport, Dassia is a charming holiday home that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this lovely property provides the perfect base for your Isle of Wight getaway.



For hygiene reasons, the hot tub water is changed between each guest’s stay. Please be aware that the water may take until the first morning of your visit to reach its optimal temperature. Nonetheless, the hot tub will be available for your use during this time.

PLEASE NOTE:



Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £200 before check-in.

If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.



This property can accept a maximum of 3 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything to cook a festive dinner in. We had the log burner on for the day which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. Modern kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc and cooking utensils. Very large garden (one of the reasons we choose Dassia due to three dogs). Property is in a good location for travelling in any direction on the Isle of Wight, with good links to Island road network. Towels etc provided were good quality. Second toilet separate to bathroom. Shower facilities more that adequate (Lovely waterfall effect with good eater pressure). Parking for 3 cars with room for another if needs be. Lovely neighbors giving some suggestions on where to go. Bridle path opposite the property gave easy access to local walking around Parkhurst Forest. IGNORE the name 'Pigsty Farm' opposite the property - this is NOT a Pig Farm as initial assumptions might bring.
