We enjoyed our stay and the design of this hotel! We loved the clean, fresh & modern feel. We enjoyed the amenities available to us during our stay. We did have 2 hiccups where a maintenance man accused my partner of “stealing WiFi” because he was walking down the halls looking for the vending machines since signs said there was one on the floor, as if we weren’t staying there and had access to the free wifi to begin with. As well as the day of our checkout, house keeping did not even knock on our door WITH our “do not disturb” sign on the door. She just walked in unannounced. Definitely could use some teamwork talks but overall the facility is great.

The Shops at Willow Bend is one of my favorite malls as it's very beautiful and has some cool stores. The mall is beautifully decorated with the holiday theme and has a huge carriage almost like one made of ice. The outside of the mall has trees all decorated with white LED lights for about a mile.
