Very welcoming front desk staff. The breakfast and evening cookies are great. Also enjoyed the hot tub just steps away from the building. The room is clean and spacious, with great outside views. Would love to come back again.

This hotel does a lot with a little. They have very clean rooms, including immaculate bathrooms, and very welcoming reception staff. The location is superb. This property is older and emphasizes economy over extravagance. We will be back as often as availability allows.

The Old Town Inn is a reasonably priced hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, and a free breakfast. The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast included many options including oatmeal, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, orange juice, coffee and tea. The hotel is not fancy but if you are looking for a place to spend the night in Crested Butte it is a great option.

This is an old inn and it shows with the plumbing. I was in the shower and the fixtures were very hard to adjust so I had the water hotter than I usually would. While I started rinsing my hair- I got scalded by a burst of burning water. I jumped out of shower and had to sit for a while with very cold water on my hair and scalp. Someone in the hotel must have used water and you never know when the temperature will fluctuate. My daughter said the same thing happened to her the night before but forgot to mention since she had the water on the colder side so it wasn’t as bad. Please be extremely careful if you decide to stay here especially with young children or elderly. The hotel gave me a $50 credit and said they turned down the temperature but I left in pain and upset. On a positive note- the employees here are absolutely the nicest and most helpful you will find anywhere! Location was nice to walk to town.

We had a wonderful stay at Old Town Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the building itself is super cute and charming. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
