"飯店雖然相對新穎，但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場，需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車，對於上下行李極為不便。更令人震驚的是，櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後，又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房，經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失，實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店"
