"I booked this hotel only to be contacted by the hotel a few hours before the check in and told there was a “scheduled power outage” and they wanted to offer me a room at a different property 5km away and nowhere near the Old Quarter. I refused the offer of the alternate accommodation and was told by the hotel that they wouid cancel my reservation so I could receive a refund. Here it is a few days later and the hotel is not cooperating or communicating with Hotels.com and still no refund. Avoid...

"We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the receptionists to the restaurant servers. The staff were helpful , friendly and even accommodated our 5 hrs early check in. The bed was comfortable . The area was quiet at night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast on both days. Everything was clean . Despite a minor plumbing issue in the shower and the limited gym equipment , we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back . The guest relation receptionists were under a great manager , Chi Vo . "
