"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Puerto Rico heat!), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. I especially appreciated how convenient the location was — close to the airport, beaches, and local spots, making it easy to explore and get around. Breakfast each morning was a great bonus and helped me start my days energized. The property was tidy and well cared for, and I could tell the team takes pride in creating a pleasant experience for guests. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip comfortable and memorable!"
