“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”

“This beautiful house is even larger than it looks on the photos. It was immaculate on our arrival with a better stocked kitchen than we had expected (consider stopping in before buying condiments, for example, and take a look at what's there). The house is full of thoughtful touches. I enjoyed looking out on the island from the balcony, and I was shocked at nearly a total absence of mosquitos and other bugs in February. “Place met description of post. Location was great relative to amenities nearby. Dining area only sat 4 (there were 5 of us), there wasn’t enough spoons (seemed odd) and beds in second room were a bit uncomfortable. Our overall stay was great and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep. Communication with host was excellent!”
