We had a mixed bag of weather, ranging from 80s and sun, to rain and windy and < 60*. The house and property were ideal for the warmer days, as that yard is INCREDIBLE- beautifully maintained, flat, and perfect for frisbee and yard games. The deck is very large and the hot-tub is enormous, clean, and couldn’t be more convenient. The fire pit was great too! The walkway to the dock is done in pavers and also well-maintained. The entry to the lake is gradual so putting in kayaks can be done from the grass or dock. That area of the lake is quite busy and not really conducive to lounging with a cup of coffee, but my grandson loved being out there watching and counting all of the boats and jet skis. While the house is very large and the beds are comfy (except the tiny bedroom at the top of the stairs), the kitchen is a bit tight for more than one or two people trying to get things prepared and the living area isn’t large either. No big deal though, as with that yard, you’ll really want to be outside anyway. It was tight for us on the two days we were stuck inside with two very little kids and all of their things. I wonder if there’d been a dog there recently though as my allergies were flaring only in the living room.
