“good location for the park and town (you need a car). friendly staff, non-english speaking. Clean and comfortable room, restaurant is OK but better a restaurant is available next door. Stayed 3 nights and would book this hotel again.”

“The cabin is nice the host very nice. No bathroom towel it’s was very cold At Night and there was a fire place box. With only 3 Logs that were Too big To light with out kindling. Maybe a bit more attention to detail. I would stay again. ”

The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great”

I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. “Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above ”
