“Big patch job in carpet in front of the door. Bathroom tiles broken. Shower head is for someone only 5’ tall. No bath soap. Breakfast was cold and biscuits were hard. No omelet bar as advertised. No one is ever at the front desk. And no ice machine. ”

“The room was clean and newer, had a problem with the shower head being corroded and shooting water on the floor. But otherwise it was a nice last second change!”

“I was traveling to visit my cousins here in Alexandria MN. Growing up we would stay here when it was the Holiday Inn, I’m talking back in the 80’s. The property is very clean and well kept! I had a room with 2 queen beds on the first floor, as requested. The room was very clean also! I definitely will stay here again!”
