We had a very pleasant one night stay! It was wonderful to arrive to a nice, very large, well-lit, clean room with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It even included a very nice massage chair, an LG Styler steam closet, a big jetted tub, and a PC system. The check-in was fast and the customer service was excellent at the front desk.

Hotel located in new development area so most taxi drivers are not too familiar, make sure to take hotel business card at all time. Other than that it’s pretty good place to stay.

Meh

Wifi was awful. Kept cutting off which in turn froze the tv. Spent at least 15% of the night resetting the tv. Lobby had a continuous stink to it that lasted the entire time. When you get off the elevator it smacks you in the face. Full of busloads of Chinese toursists. Watching them act like tourists was kind of disappointing. Throwing trash on the ground, etc.

This is a love motel ans not a hotel

I will never ever go back but I will anyway mention good :& bad points for upcoming customers. Good points: - Yummy comp. breakfast with lots of varieties - Clean room with large whirlpool bath tub Bad points: - Noise from other room: You can hear the upper room's noise very clearly We were unlucky and had to stay woke up whole night as the upper room's guest activated the whirlpool at 12:30am for an hour. It was like we were sleeping right beside the cascade. And they did enjoy 1 extra hour for the couple night work(?) I did talk with the manager and according to him, their policy is first book, first serve basis and not first come, first serve basis. That means you get the worst available room if you book the room right before your arrival. So don't book this hotel a day before your arrival even if they promise the room upgrade(that was my case. Well actually the deluxe room rate was same as the standard room when I checked the rate 2 days before our arrival but suddenly the deluxe room has gone from the list so I called the hotel to check and then they proposed me the upgrade(Well, their kind proposal has became a nightmare)as you might suffer because of the noise. The manager said that the upper room was a family room so parents who travel with children, be aware as you might make hear the live show noise of young couple to your children. It is not to blame the hotel for the noise but they had at least inform me about their first book first serve policy
