This place is a dump. Circus flees do a better job
This place is total trash! There was confusionabout payment and they told me to leave or they called the cops to remove me. They said that I just needed
To pay them and not use hotels site- I was humilated and they still refused my reservation now stating i was on the do not rent list! Iwant my money back!
DONT STAY HERE- Prostitution, drug-addicts, filth!
This hotel should not be on any platform or even operating legally. Not only were the rooms filthy, unclean, and unsanitized during a Covid-19 outbreak, there were prostitutes and drug addicts there at all hours of the night. There was drama in the evening as some crackhead was screaming at the top of her lungs at her so-called boyfriend or "John." I've traveled extensively and have NEVER EVER encountered this level of gross mismanagement, or filth (to include cigarette holes burned into the dirty comforter!). The pillows were dirty and unwashed, smelled like someones dirty, oily scalp. I am actually thinking of contacting the TX State Health Authorities to shut this place down, it was that bad. I also considered calling the police as there were many illegal activities going on, and I was propositioned by some man staying there, asking if I wanted any drugs or whatever...At this point, I'm not sure how to even get my money back, but staying here led to psychological and emotional distress for the short 16 hours I was there.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Price good. Room had issues. Shower tub was slippery and my son slipped and fell while showering. No hangar rod to hang clothes. Toilet lever broken Had to lift too to flush toilet. Lots of shady dealing going on in other rooms.
Sabanas quemadas por cigarrillos, las habitaciones apestaban a cigarro a pesar de disque ser de no fumar, las sabanas manchadas de no se que, en resumen devolvi las llaves y me fui a otro hotel, para nada recomendable y menos con familia.
From the beginning the place was horrible. There's a sign that reads no prostitution no drug dealing and no alcohol consumption. You wouldn't expect this from anywhere in this area but nothing but adults XXX things and places to go not good for a family at all
This is the most unpleasant place anyone can imagine. I checked into the room with my girlfriend and the first thing we saw were roaches on the bed. The smell in the room is most appalling. Bathroom door was torn. As if that wasn't too bad enough, I got in the shower and there isn't not water. I 'll rather sleep in my car at Wal-Mart than go to this place
It was clean, affordable, and the management serves their purpose and then leaves you be. Quite enjoyAble. Plus other hotels in this price range have bed bug issues...this one does not
I enjoy my self,me an my family,to see tha Dallas Mavericks an OKC.It was nice, only thing didn't have a microwave an ad said it did but didn't.It was alright thou.I would stay again.

Almost what you would expect from a cheap motel. The problem was a lot of beggars nearby. And my room was in a bad location: near the laundry and pretty noisy.
Honestly, the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Everything in the room had cigarette burns. Very few linens were provided and the ones that were had stains. I am not sure how many drug deals I witnessed in the parking lot, but I'm sure it was several.
When we first arrived the person behind the window was missing in action. It took him about 5 minutes to come to the window. Secound there were stains on the bed, burnt lamp shade, and worst of all.... There was blood on the floor and wall behind the toilet. As far as the neighborhood there were many gentlemen's club to choose from! Also at all hours of the night there were people knocking on the door trying to sell you stuff. Ie: sexanddrugs And speaking of doors mine wouldn't stay closed unless it was locked from the inside and the safety latch was latched. It wasn't the Royal Inn Hotel, it was more like the Royal Inn HOEtel.
This was the worst hotel ever. Nothing but drug heads and hookers. The staff act like nothing goes on there but we seen three drug deals go down within fifteen min of being there. We will not be using hotel.com anymore if this is the kind of hotels they offer.
This hotel is right across the street from all the strip clubs and beer joints in Dallas. Needless to say we had strippers in and out of the room upstairs from us and drunks serenading us outside our window. This went on ALL night. Room looked freshly painted but had paint splatters on the curtains, chairs and comforter (or at least I PRAY TO GOD the white stain on the comforter was a paint stain) Worst experience EVER in a hotel. Would NEVER stay there again and definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place to any of my family or friends...or even enemies at this point!! We would not even have stayed the night if it weren't for the ice storm that came through Dallas that night....SLEEP WITH ONE EYE OPEN (if you can sleep at all).
