About this property

Dancing Trees Guest Suite

  • Welcome to our cozy, 1-bedroom, newly updated 700 sq ft coach house (suite above detached garage). Each room in the suite looks over lush garden and forest views. There is a large private patio with table and chairs overlooking the garden. Hardwood flooring throughout the suite, base heaters and electric fireplace warm the space immediately. Our large kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils and appliances you could need and some basic spices, cooking oil and condiments. The full fridge and freezer is great to accomodate a full grocery shop and the breakfast bar is located beside the kitchen. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and 3 dressers for storage, while the designer futon in the living area can sleep 2 extra guests. A 4-piece bathroom with soaker tub is a nice treat as well as child friendly amenities available by request. Most importantly our own loving touch and local art has been added to this very special space.

Beautiful spot in a great location. Aside from the music and vocalizations from a breathwork workshop being held below the suite on our first day, it was very quiet and peaceful. This is a very charming, pet friendly suite and I’d definitely visit again.

Very private above a disconnected garage. Laundry was downstairs. Very well-equipped kitchen and bedroom. Stayed 2 nights and was greeted with a booklet of hikes, restaurants and places to visit. Will be back.

The hosts are most welcoming to the one bedroom rental which is situated on the second floor of a building separate from the principal residence. The listing description is spot on. Super clean with a full kitchen which came in handy for our one week stay.

This was an excellent value stay in the Comox Valley. Well-appointed private hideaway, just big enough for two. We felt like we were in the middle of a forest, yet we were just a few minutes drive to both central Comox and central Courtenay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and the property was very clean.

The kitchen was better equipped than my own! Private, quiet - the perfect spot for our quick weekend getaway. Close to everything we needed. The hosts have thought of everything you may need - toys, books dishes for kids, treats for your dog, and even frosted mugs in the freezer. 😀

Lovely place

Nice set of rooms above a studio in quiet semi-rural area but close enough to comox to get supplies as needed. Very well equipped kitchenand comfortable bedroom/loving room. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We recommend this!

Inspire by tree house

This setting was amazing! The owners were incredible to deal with. The setting was amongst the tree line and it felt very relaxing. The place was incredibly clean and well set up.

Cozy loft

This little cozy loft was perfect for my hubby, 9 year old son, doggo and I. It had all the amenities we needed to feel the comforts of home. It was clean and very central location to be able to visit our family in Courtney and Comox. Would love to return and stay again in tje future.

Great stay

I enjoyed this beautiful unit. It had everything you need. It's very private, yet if you need anything Michele & Cam are there. I loved sitting on the little deck surrounded by big trees. Perfect for me. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Merv is pretty cute, too.
