The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place! Minutes from shopping in Malbis and Daphne while only miles from Fairhope. Many restaurants, movie theaters, and great entertainment right around you, while still having quick access to I-10 for trips to Mobile or Pensacola. This updated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is very spacious and has washer/dryer in the unit as well as Wi-Fi, free parking, and a beautiful view overlooking the flag on the 18th hole!

Staying on the 18th hole
We enjoyed so much our stay on the 18th hole! It was very quiet and restful. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony. What a beautiful view!! It was a comfortable place to stay and great that they have two bathrooms. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and close to everything you need and fun shopping.

We enjoyed our 40 night stay exploring area from New Orleans to Pensacola to Gulf Shores conveniently traveling on Rt 10. Nice,quiet area,enjoyed watching golfers and lots of birds. Close to stores and restaurants. Would stay again if in the area.

Steven’s condo was perfectly located for us. We were there for 9 nights to scout out the area as we are planning on moving to the Lake Forest community in Daphne. His condo was clean and comfortable located on the end of the 2nd floor unit in the beautiful Lake Forest community. Beautiful view from the outside balcony or from inside with views out the 2 sliding glass doors. Close to everything we needed and quick access to several major highways. If you’re looking to go to the beaches at either Gulf Shore or Orange it’s less an hours drive. We would definitely book here again if needed.

Vacation to see family.
It was nice, but the steps were hard for my wife. I thought it was on the first floor. I am limited to how much I as suspose to lift. Thankfully the Grandaughters carried all the stuff up and down the steps. Property Manager was helpful when we had questions , how to work the stove. Also how to fix when the power went off, for a few minutes.

Great, quiet spot
Very pleased with the property and the owners. The check in process got 3 stars because my reservation was overlooked and the property wasn't ready when we arrived in town. Luckily the owners were local and able to drop what they were doing to run over and get the place shined up. Due to the circumstances of our trip, this was a small inconvenience. Steve was very polite and professional about it and offered a discount and a bottle of wine as an apology. The condo was very clean and quite. We enjoyed our 1 night stay very much and will book this site if we find ourselves in the area again.
