The apartment was clean and inviting when we arrived and everything we need for a comfortable stay was there waiting for us. I had my wife and 2 grandsons (6yo and 10 yo) and had plenty of sleeping space with the pull out sofa and queen bed. We were within a manageable drive to all the sites we wanted to see. We were able to go to Smoke Hole Cavern, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob and Spruce Knob Lake, Blackwater Falls, and even went to Cass Scenic Railroad without feeling overwhelmed from driving. Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as it should be - black hairs on the shower wall and bathroom floor. The hair dryer was in a cupboard next to and touching the toilet plunger. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were both flat and lumpy. The bed squeaked very loudly. The home was not well-equipped: just one roll of toilet paper, no kitchen sponge or scrubber, only one dishwasher pod, no soap or gel for the shower, no bath mat.
