Please be aware that this complex will have construction noise all of 2025. The noises can include jachammering on concrete and be very loud. The amenities are not expected to be impacted by this. Rates are reduced to reflect the impact of the noise. Noise should only take place M-F primarily during business hours.

Imagine enjoying ocean views in this exquisite condo located in Daytona Beach Shores. This condo offers a quiet reprieve from the outside world while still maintaining its convenient location next to shopping and local attractions.

The master suite boasts a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a full size bathroom. The master bathroom includes an accessible shower. The secondary bedroom contains a queen bed.

The gorgeous kitchen comes fully stocked and has stainless-steel appliances. Included in the kitchen is a bar extension that leads in the living room. The living room has relaxing furniture, a flat screen TV, and views for days on your very own balcony!

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
