“Convenient location”

“Showed up less than 10 mins early to start the check in process, was told over the phone that early check would likely be an option depending on reservations that I could come in as early at 1:30pm. Called prior to leaving and early check in was not available at all, no problem. Upon arrival at 2:54 pm I go to the desk and the worker at the counter turned us around and said we must wait til 3pm. I understand the principle of check in is at 3pm but a few minutes difference and the rude attitude……

“The room was clean, staff were lovely and thebreakfast was good. The hotel is located near grocery stores, restaurants , and shopping centers.”

“Loved the friendly staff. All amenities are a plus/breakfast is good. Wish they have more turkey sausages rather than pork. Overall- we will definitely come back!”
