“Our stay was wonderful. The fire pit and hot tub made our evenings after hiking extra enjoyable. The place was extremely clean and spacious. We travelled with three kids and a dog. I was expecting a little larger grass area, but our kids did not seem to mind. The lawn was a little long and the trash was full when we arrived. Neither affected our stay or our opinion. You get your steps in as you walk to the opposite end of the apartment and back, and as you ascend and descend the 44 steps to the apartment. The bedrooms are a good size. “From beginning to end, our experience was wonderful. Our main goal was to celebrate our son’s 13th birthday at Shawnee Ski Mountain with friends and family, and this home was the perfect choice. The house was conveniently close to the mountain, with easy-to-follow directions and smooth access upon arrival.The kitchen and dining area were spacious and ideal for gathering. “We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool……
