Great for families or if you are coming with friends. The grounds need a bit more upkeep. There are 4 pools on the grounds (3 outdoors) though when we went to go see if the outdoor pool was open, it was closed, dirty and didn't seem like it had been touched all season. The mini golf course needs to also be better tended too.
The house itself was lovely spacious and had two bathrooms and could fit 6-7 people. One of the bathrooms had a jacuzzi.
Check-in was a bit rough. I had picked my wife up after a morning shift in New York and drove straight there so we were about 3 hours early. The woman and the front desk, didn't seem to want to help us at all, no suggestions of what to do and only gave me a map of the grounds after I asked.
We came back about 45 minutes before check-in and the room still wasn't available but this person was much nicer. She allowed us to do all the paperwork and charges, which did take some time before check-in, (around 15 minutes) and by the time that was complete the room was finally ready. The time it took to get it all complete I'm glad that we were early because I can only imagine it's a madhouse at 4-5pm on a Friday.
The last piece of check-in is to go to a separate desk to pick up a parking pass. There they will make a slight push to attend a 90-minute time share presentation in exchange for a free dinner on their property. I politely declined and there wasn't too hard of a sell.
