To start the beds were awful. We slept here 2 nights and both nights were pretty restless due to how uncomfortable the beds were. Which is a shame because the room was nice. The full kitchen was great, a nice dining room table that fit a family a 6, plenty of outlets to plug things in and space. We got this room because it had a pull out sofa bed, but when we opened the bed it had no sheets. After searching the room and not finding sheets or covers I called the front desk. Then had to drive to the front desk, and wait for them to bring sheets out. So after wanting to go to sleep at 10:15 it wasn't until 10:45pm that we were able to which was to say the least, annoying. There was glass outside the front door which I had to call front desk about. This place does have a lot of activities to do for kids which is good but when you don't get decent sleep it is over shadowed.

Had a great time , loved the unit EXCEPT the air conditioning in the bedroom was poor. Called a few times, had to close all the other vents to get some cool air into the room.

The serenity for this escape from the real world was absolutely incredible, so quiet and peaceful; the treetop is the best escape; only issue is that they only have cable and update would be definitely take this place to 5 stars

They are remodeling the property so we had the opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated areas and it was beautifully done. Great to have a view of the golf course and easy check in and easy parking. We did have bug issues in the room, large black ants were around the floor along with a cockroach on the wall. Spiders I expected given it’s the woods but the ants and cockroach were gross. I believe most of the issues were due to the sliding glass door not fully shutting (allowing bugs in) and being ground level. The AC also didn’t work well so the room had a moldy smell to it like a wet dog. Overall good for the price and I imagine the second story levels are better than ground level. Also close to all the waterfall hikes and driving distance to downtown dining
