I took the Martz bus from NYC port authority to Camelback resort. It took about 2 hours to camelback and 3 hrs (with traffic) coming back to NYC. The hotel room was clean and quiet. There is a laundry room for washing your clothings. Staff was really friendly. The UTV, 4000 zip flyer, and mountain coaster was really fun. The pools and slides in the indoor waterpark is free Overall a really good time here. Looking forward to coming back again.

Expedia never said you needed to be 21 to book the room so I paid for it and got there and there like ur not 21 we can’t give you this room so I had to call my parents and make them drive up here so they could check me in and leave

Good for family with kids. My kids and husband loved the indoor waterpark. Other waterpark and mountain adventures are conveniently located near the hotel. Several hiking trails are near the resort. Other businesses and shops are near the resort. Dining experience in the main hotel was poor. The air-conditioning in the room was dripping water and the carpet was wet.

This is my second time here It was terrible Now we have to pay parking Fee for everything That’s ridiculous if we have to stay to the next day why do we have to pay for parking and fee for the hotel.

This is a good water park. Has something for everyone. The lazy river was enjoyable and so were the indoor/outdoor heated pool. The slides are thrilling and the amenities are quite good. I would skip the food here - nothing exciting Our accommodation was massive. Kids loved the bunk bed.

We were not treated well as we made the booking through Expedia. Gave us a room that I had not booked and repeatedly told by registration staff that this was due to coming from outside vendor. Room cleaning service was not good. The biggest advantage they have is that property is in a great area and their water park is very nice. Love that space and hence will go there again. Really hated front desk staff. Poor planning. Check in at 4 pm but room is not ready until 5.30. Checkout is at 11 am and they start harassing you by 11.15.
