We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was the perfect location—just a quick drive to both Golden and Red Rocks, and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. There’s also a lovely park with a playground just a block away, which was great for the kids. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The foosball and ping pong tables were a huge hit with the kids! Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic little home! Lots of room for fun inside and out! Plenty of table room for games for a bigger family. Lots of bunnies in the back lawn if you have little ones who like to watch the bunnies! There is a park right by the house and there is plenty to eat and stores within a close close drive or walk. This house is a perfect place for family to relax and enjoy the area without being in “the city” but so close to so much. Easy access to highway and red rocks amphitheater! We had a fantastic stay and hopefully we will be back!

Central location and spacious house

My wife, toddler son, and I had a great stay here for 2 weeks during our trip to Denver. The location was perfect for us - central to all we wanted to do. It also had a great basement and decent backyard for our son to play. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. We would stay there again!

Great place

The house is perfect for a couple families to stay in Denver with its split level. It’s very conveniently located in a great neighborhood with a grocery store and pharmacy a couple blocks away. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Denver.

Summer Getaway

The house is in the perfect location for us. 20-30 minutes from downtown Denver and hiking trails in the mountains. The house was clean, very easy to get to from the interstate and has game area for the family. Definitely recommend this house and we will be back again.

Large family gathering

Red rock concert

We went for a girls weekend to a red rock concert. Excellent location only about 15 minute drive to the concert. Property was clean and well maintained. Joe was responsive within minutes when we needed to communicate with him. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I noticed was I thought the listing said there were hair dryers so we didn’t pack any and I couldn’t find one. Otherwise everything we needed for kitchen and such was there.

Great amenities

We utilized this property for a family wedding. The location was convenient and my family enjoyed the backyard including use of the grill and cornhole. Basement also had both ping pong and foosball. Everything was neat & clean and the owner very responsive.

Excellent home and location!

My extended family spent a few days at this property for a quick get away and concert in Morrison. We had more than enough room for 9 individuals(including 4 children). Would definitely recommend the location as its easy access to interstates, Red Rocks, Golden, and even Colorado Springs. Overall, the stay was 10/10 and the amenities provided entertainment for the entire family when we weren't exploring. If we come back to the area we will definitely keep this property in mind.

College Visits

We really enjoyed our trip and our stay at this property. The location served us well for visits to three colleges in the area, a zip lining adventure, hiking at Mt. Elbert, and a show at Red Rocks (… took less than 30 min to get back to the house after the concert!). A minor warning for light sleepers - the floors do creak and any late night movement will be heard. Overall, we had more than enough space, peace, and quiet for us to decompress and relax after non-stop walking tours and mountain fun. The home was very clean and had everything we needed including a chill little rabbit in the yard to greet us coming and going. The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning strolls to the coffee shop (~5 min). Joe was very quick to respond to every question. This home was a great option for our trip.

Another Great Stay

This is the second year we are stating at this property. Once again we had a great experience. The house is well equipped and perfect for our family. it is very well located very near I-70 and all the mountain activities. Overall great stay but..

The picture of the backyard online doesn’t accurately represent the current state. There are a significant amount of over grown weeds with small prickers. My 5 year old and I tried to play frisbee which was provided at the rental, but had to stop because the frisbee kept going into those weeds. Thankfully, there was a park right down the street, so really not a big deal but was inaccurate. Location is perfect.

Great family home

This home worked great in accommodating our large family! Nestled perfectly in between our downtown Denver excursions and day trips to the mountains. It was large enough to gather together and also provided space when needed. The kids loved the ping pong table and the host was generous and also included some fun backyard games we enjoyed! Joe was wonderful to work with and had great communication. And this place was CLEAN and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay again when visiting our Denver family!!
