"The pics show a pool. No pool! It was obvious that there rehabbing. Also hot tub has leak and floor was soaked, and had soft spots which means it’s been leaking for some time. Broken picnic table, plastic chairs, really not set up for enjoying outdoor New England fall. Fire pit, but no wood! "I traveled with my three dear friends for a girls only weekend after a 10 year hiatus. We could not say more about how the fabulous location. Virtually everything we did was within walking distance. The weather cooperated, so we were able to take advantage of the great deck a few times. Our hosts were quick to respond with any of our questions. We had some trouble getting the TV to work. "Our stay was good overall. The updated kitchens and bathrooms were nice. The place is comfortable on the 2 levels that we used. The bedrooms are good too, but there is almost no closet space! We were there for a wedding so we had dressy clothes!The kitchen utensils etc were good, but we were accused of breaking a coffee pot that we DID NOT break! Also there was no wine opener.The outside is not so good. One front stair railing is very loose and therefore risky.The garage door is broken and ugly....
