The condo is lovely! We LOVED the location, decor, view, and spaciousness of this unit. We were disappointed in the scarcity of blankets, linens, and paper products. Each of the three beds had sheets and a very thin bedspread. There was not a blanket of any sort in the entire condo. There were 18 extra pillows, but 0 extra pillowcases.

Will never return- focused on money. Not the client

Reservation was easy, check in a breeze. After i reserved the place, I got the check in email which then stated I was required to purchase wristbands for everyone in my group at 15 bucks a piece. They told me it was mandatory that we have them to have access to the pool and beach. Then they did not allow canopies ir umbrellas because they want you to rent theirs which are 100.00 dollars a day. No thanks.

Great Condo

The condo and property were wonderful. The view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL! The property had wonderful accommodations, and everything was great. We did have one issue with unbearable construction noise from another unit that totally derailed our plans for a stay-at-home day. However, after talking with local HOA and the local Vacasa rep we were able to work out a solution for that day. Would stay here again as everything was great.

Lots of things need to be fixed here

This place has a lot of potential since it’s in a great location and has a beautiful view. However, it’s not fun staying in a place with a lot of items, not quite working or broken. The first thing we noticed was the remote it had corroded batteries in it as well as the other remotes, had missing batteries in them for the TVs, next the middle bathroom toilet would run all the time and we had to keep fixing it so it would flush. The shower door in the master bathroom was difficult to open and close constantly where we were hurting ourselves just to get it open or shut it. The curtains in the front room should be black out curtains so people can sleep when the sun starts to come up. What is there now does not serve any purpose at all to protect the light from coming in to the room the chairs on the balcony had broken arms, etc. to them. The front bedroom closest to the water has a hump in the center of the mattress where this mattress probably needs to be flipped or turned. It would be nice if this unit has some beach chairs, toys, etc. for the tenants staying in it as well as beach towels. This place works for the view is awesome… However, it is dated an aged. It needs a bit of a facelift inside.

Fabulous vacation

A perfect vacation. The resort was everything it said it would be the pool was crystal clear and the view went on for miles and miles. Only a short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants as well so clean and pristine couldn’t have asked for anything better for us. We will be back and stay at this very condo again.

Good stay

Had a good time there. Would have liked to know that there were no condiments in the condo before the check in process. Most of the locations we have stayed before have been equipped with at least salt and pepper and a few things of coffee to go with the coffee maker.

Nice property and experience / rude beach chair service

The condo was perfect, very roomy we loved it. Nice big beds and everything we needed. Big bathrooms and we loved it. We were planning another stay until our experience with the chair service. Sun, Sail, and Sea, Oggie was very rude to us and argumentative about where we could set up and the umbrellas. He was rude our entire stay to us. We rented an umbrella this morning and we wanted close bc our Mother can not walk far. He was rude saying we can’t have close and the umbrellas up front. Then when we set up he came over and told us we couldn’t use the umbrella because of the wind. So we paid for the spot on the beach. The chair services act like the own the property and are rude we pay that much to stay beach front and then you can’t use your own chairs umbrellas and have to sit behind all the umbrellas they set out. He called us needy and said we are paying for our spot on the beach. We paid for the umbrella and he was just rude to us I think because we were all women. I will not rent at this condo again because of the chair service and the rules they have.

Spacious condo, perfect location!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo during spring break with our 5 teenagers. We had plenty of room to spread out and never felt like we were on top of each other. The boys room had a king bed, a fold out chair bed and 1 of them slept on the sofa sleeper. The other two rooms each had king beds that were very comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need as far as dishes, appliances, blender, coffee maker, etc. The boys used the community bbq to grill out with new friends they met at the pool so we used paper goods that we had brought with us for that night. If you’re driving to Destin I would suggest bringing your basic kitchen staples such as salt/pepper, cooking spray, etc if you’re planning on eating in so you won’t have to spend money on those items as this condo did not have those types of things. They provided plenty of towels, washcloths and even had shampoo and soap in all the bathrooms. They gave us enough laundry and dishwashing soap for 2 loads. Some things I brought with me that I found helpful were extra paper towels, paper plates, dishwashing soap pod, beach towels ( only bath towels provided ), flashlight (we lost power one night due to a storm), a few extra kitchen trash bags (2 were provided). The trash chute is just outside the front door which was so convenient! The location and views from the wrap around patio are amazing. You literally walk out the back of the condo to the heated pool/jacuzzi and beach. We saw dolphins swimming by every day. There are beach chairs/umbrellas that you can rent on the beach but we took our own which worked out just fine. Overall it was a great vacation and we will definitely stay in this condo again!

Overall good!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo itself needs some repairs and updates, outlets not working, shower head leaking, ect.. minor repairs but needed. I think the floors could’ve been cleaner upon arrival, we noticed our feet were dirty after going barefoot. It was perfect location to the beach and close to good food and shopping. The pool was excellent, clean & well kept! Overall happy with our stay!
