“Not a terrible stay, but not the best either.Overall, the RV was about what you would expect from an older unit. It was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were adequate for a short stay. The couch is in pretty rough shape and likely needs replacing, but I didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.The biggest problem was the lack of working heat. Overnight temps dropped into the low 40s, and the inside of the RV stayed in the 50s. The……

“Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.”

“We had a lovely stay. The camper is in a beautiful rural location. In the morning we enjoyed watching the geese on the pond. It was very clean and smelled wonderful. It's small but had everything that we needed to be comfortable. The main bed was a bit small. I'm 5'3 and I question how it would work for someone taller. The bunks seemed longer. The shower was great. We didn't try to cook, but it seemed well stocked. Location was perfect near Virgin Falls and a short drive into town. ……

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the……

“This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot!”

“We had a great time at the house. We brought our own kayak trailer, so we loved that the house had the under deck storage. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood is older, but it was very quiet and felt safe. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. The kitchen was well supplied and they even had cleaning supplies, paper towels, spices, butter, fridge condiments. More than we were expecting, because we brought our own supplies too. “It was clean and super easy check-in. Quiet area to stay. Cute and cozy. There was only 1 set of bath towel/wash cloth for 2 adults and I couldn’t locate more in cabinets or closet, but we made do using hand towels. I didn’t bother the owner because it was late and like I said we made it work. Probably a one-off oversight. Overall we would stay again.”

“Get away from busy life and stay in a unique and comfortable and enjoyable treehouse. Camping style living but very comfortable in the treehouse with good ac. Grilled out and had a campfire. Slept well ”
