“Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big……

“Lovely room and very helpful staff. The room was so big and spacious and not what we were expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise! It all smelt amazing too, excellent location to main square, the staff were super as we needed a pharmacy late at night and the gentleman found one and told us how to get there so appreciated that! Overall excellent new hotel!”

A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer.”

“We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) “Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and……

The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”
