I’m delighted Expedia has given me a chance to review Hotel Garni! We are just back from a 3 night stay and I would highly recommend staying here for any Kracow trip Communication from the hotel before we arrived was great / they organised a private transfer from the airport which was seamless . They also let us know that as we were arriving before check in time we could leave our bags and explore or make use of hotel facilities until our room was ready On check in staff on reception were super friendly with lots of advice on the area The hotel itself was spotless , room really big with a nice seating area There was a lovely restaurant and bar - we ended each day with a nightcap in the bar and again the bar staff were super friendly We had breakfast every morning and there was a good selection of hot and cold foods The hotel staff are very knowledgable and will provide naps / suggestions and recommendations on the area They organised a trip to the salt mines for us and also a private transfer from the hotel to the airport for return trip In general the hotel staff are smiley , welcoming and nothing was a problem The location of the hotel is perfect . It is in the heart of the Jewish quarter with the quirkiest bars and restaurants on your doorstep A 10/15 walk from the hotel takes you to main market square

At the check in front desk want to charge me twice for the same stay, parking is limited, but the most unacceptable is the A/C is not working at the hotel at all, no service to fix or repair. Front desk do not care at all even you make an complain. Stay a way.
