“I booked through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get the check in instructions for some reason. But their staff was super helpful over the phone. The place was AWESOME, they got everything you needed. The loft was so nice and clean, the bathroom was even better. Love it!!!!”

“Very clean and convenient. The hotel has almost everything you need: a small kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, free shared laundry room, storage room and so on. It’s also very quiet. I would like to stay there again. Thanks for Bob’s efforts and services.”

“The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.”
