“Kos grove cottage was a perfect location and home for 4 girlfriends celebrating many years of friendship. Our hostess, Heather, was very helpful! The house was exactly like the description and photos with a lovely screened porch, but too chilly for our fall stay. It could sleep more if needed, but perfect size for us. “This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. It won't suit your needs if you're looking for a dining room table. The steps going to the second story are short and somewhat steep, which is normal for these older homes. These are……

When we arrived, we weren't clear where the keypad was to enter, messaged him, and he called back immediately.It was a cold night when we checked in, but the heater kicked in right away after we raised the thermostat, and we were comfortable the entire stay.”
