“This is a gem in Boerne! First thing I’ll say is that everything in the listing is 100% correct and accurate. In fact, the place looks even better than the pictures! The house is 4 individual suites - 2 that are 2BR and 2 that are 1 BR. All suites come with bathroom and microwave and fridge. Plus there’s a separate kitchenette everyone can meet up in and a lovely backyard and a front porch. Plenty of space for parking. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the river. It felt cozy……

“The property was beautiful! Amazing views! My kids loved feeding the chickens and gathering farm fresh eggs for breakfast. The host was very attentive and accomodating and checked on us several times and answered all questions promptly. We had a wonderful time!”
