“Great little place, but keep in mind that there are lots and lots of stairs and that the front door is very awkwardly placed so you have to take a big step up to go in the front door, but it is only about 3/4 the size of a regular front door. On your way out you have to make sure to bend it down and then take a big step down so you don’t hit your head.”

“The house itself was adequate, but unfortunately it was not very clean upon arrival there was hair in multiple areas, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, stairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Additionally , the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe/sketchy, especially at night. With batter cleaning and stocking of essentials, the stay could have been much more enjoyable. ”

“This has to easily be in the top 3 of VRBO stays for us! Cassie has thought of everything! Forgot coffee? She has k cups and ground. Husband didn’t pack the Q tips? She has those too! Basic seasonings and all the cooking utensils, as well as excellent condition cookware are there too. She even has bottles of water and mints in each bedroom. The beds were very comfy and the extra blankets came in handy on chilly nights. The decor was so good! What a creative way to use vintage instruments! The……

“The host was welcoming and the house was nice! Beds are comfy and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We also really appreciate the spacious back yard for our dog and kids to run around. We appreciate its location and how it’s a short drive to major attractions in KC. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep clean!”

“Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors……
