We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). "We had 10-day lovely days in this apartment, that was very clean and welcoming. Guisi is a friendly host and was there do show us everything at arrival. The area is quiet and the view from the terraces was indeed beautiful. From the bed upstairs you can fall asleep looking over the lake. The add doesn’t state, that there is a room with a bunkbed as well. The bath is adequate and clean. Only small negatives is a bit boring pool area (but nice pool) and there is quite a steep walk in to town....

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"We had a great family gathering in this newly renovated house. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the interior is tasteful. Nothing was missing and we also enjoyed that there was a delicious restaurant Baia in walking distance and a great bar with nice drinks directly by the lake in Cremia offered great aperitivo."

"Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future."
