“It was a lovely room. There was no shampoo and conditioner. Reception did give us 2 teeny bottle of shampoo and when I asked about conditioner she rolled her eyes, pointed to the bottle and said well the bottle says it’s conditioning shampoo… the irony is she had long hair too and I can’t believe she rolled her eyes. Yuck”

“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist.
We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a……
