“The host communicated well throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the water system. Upon check-in, there was little to no water pressure, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. The following day, the host attempted what appeared to be a permanent repair, but we were once again left without water service during the process.Overall, the experience was acceptable, but for the rate being charged, having reliable access to water is a basic expectation. There were two families and it was very comfortable for all. The property is well located, easy access to freeways and downtown Everett. Very quiet. On a side street with little traffic.”
