“整體來講好好， 只係張床太柔軟 ，令我們腰酸背痛 . 望改善， 附近好方便有多間超市，還有就是停車場方便須改善的，有朋友探訪停車場收費機有問題（以為她張信用卡有問題，本人下樓用三張信用卡都給不了⋯）而且抄牌超快因前方問題上，真的費解？”

The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

“From 'check in' to 'check out', communication was awesome! Having a full operational kitchen was a money and time saver. Heck, there's even laundry available!! The hard working grounds staff make sure everything is upkept nicely. If you're not prepared to clean up after yourselves (dishes, vacuum, sweep) pay double the amount and stay somewhere else- otherwise, for a comfortable, private condo with pool and hot tub- this place is perfect. “Great stay at this location. We felt safe coming and going. Easy to get to other parts of downtown - close to several bus stops and train with direct routes to popular destinations. Pull out bed was great for travelling with children. We slept with a window open for fresh air and some nights were louder than others outside , but we came with ear plugs anticipating street noise. Checkin and checkout was very easy. The space was small, but it was sufficient for a home base and had all the kitchen……

“Host was very friendly and communicative. Room was veryclean and neat with a friendly welcome message waiting for me. Main house and yard are a little cluttered and lived in. Neighborhood is quiet and safe - dense residential with not many commercial amenities nearby, so not a good location for walking to/from. ”

“The apartment was spotlessly clean. Easy walk or bus transport to everywhere we needed to go. Walking distance to restaurants. There’s a supermarket just a few blocks away. I had a view of sunset beach from the dining table when eating breakfast, so that was nice. We received very detailed check in instructions from the host, so check in was a breeze. When we were in the apartment, we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door from the inside. I contacted the host about this but he didn’t answer……

“We stayed here a couple of nights prior to getting on a cruise. It is within walking distance of a couple of train stops as well as the port. There are plenty of dining options around the area as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The views of the surrounding areas is fantastic. You can even see a few mountain tops peaking out above the downtown buildings. It is a studio loft, so there isn't a ton of space. I wouldn't recommend this for more than 3 people. The……

“We came in from afar with elderly parents for a celebration of life. The stay was perfect. The amenities that we required were all there. We weren’t at the cottage a lot, but just enough to wind down and clean up. Thank you!”
